At Project Vida Health Center, the health and well-being of our patients, staff and community are our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our community as the situation evolves. Project Vida is actively monitoring the COVID-19 health situation and is working diligently with local and state health authorities to prepare and respond.

Health questions about COVID-19 can be made by calling the 21-COVID hotline, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For referrals to services, contact 2-1-1 and select option six (6). For more information, visit www.epstrong.org

Wells Fargo has awarded Project Vida $35,000 in emergency funding to help meet community needs resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. $5,000 will help prevent homelessness. $30,000 will expand child care for children of essential personnel and employees of essential businesses.

Clients can still contact 211 and be assessed by the Coordinated Entry. Referrals have dropped significantly but we are still providing services.

Health Center
We are still accepting new patients that wish to establish care with PVHC and have us as their PCP. Depending on their need, appointments are scheduled anywhere from the same day to thirty days out.
Eligibility clerks are registering clients.
